The experience will start 1 hour/ 1h45m in advance, depending on the pick-up location.

Pick-up arrive 15 minutes before at the agreed location.

The cruise is under the responsibility of the cruise operator (subject to weather and navigation conditions).

On non-private tours, visits to wine estates, restaurants, etc., are subject to the availability of third parties and other groups may be with the group during the experience.

Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required.

 

Cancellation Policy

Book at least 48 hours in advance.

Confirmation of the reservation of activities is only guaranteed with full payment in advance of the experience, by credit card, bank transfer, Stripe or Paypal of the entire value of the activity, with 50% of the value of the activity being non-refundable.

Douro VisiTours accepts cancellations up to 2 days before the date of the experience and we will refund 50% of the amount already paid.

After this date, the total amount of the reservation will be debited.
