On non-private tours, visits to wine estates, restaurants, etc., are subject to the availability of third parties and other groups may be with the group during the experience.

Confirmation of the reservation of activities is only guaranteed with full payment in advance of the experience, by credit card, bank transfer, Stripe or Paypal of the entire value of the activity, with 50% of the value of the activity being non-refundable.

Douro VisiTours accepts cancellations up to 2 days before the date of the experience and we will refund 50% of the amount already paid.

After this date, the total amount of the reservation will be debited.
